    Two years ago I went to this store to see if I could buy a microphone cable for my ancient discontinued QC2 headphones. The employees there went above and beyond, giving me a cable for free on the spot. Last month, I finally decided to replace my old headphones. As a result of the service I received at this store, I bought a new pair of QC35's and couldn't be happier.

    I broke my cable during a flight and went to these guys for a replacement. They had a new cable but in blue, and while I was considering that one of them came out of storage with a used one and gave it for free! Works great! It made my day. A service level I didn't expect from Bose but highly appreciate!

    Not a lot of products, but there is a lot of demos and you can get an idea of what you want. The staff is nice and helpful.
