Great nurse consultation $30 - not asked for or discussed when I made the appointment

Sure the facilities are nice, but the ambition and greed of Medisys should make you very weary indeed.

    Very good.

A greedy place... I was under the impression that as part of the "Annual Physical" and "Executive Health Program" I was entitled to see a doctor. Not so. You can have a sinus infection and need to see a doctor for 15 minutes and it will cost you 175$ just to get a prescription.

Either this is intentional bamboozling or there is a problem with the information management but in the end I walked out feeling duped and then rude for questioning why I was being charged for services I was basically being ushered into with zero transparency from the reception - waiting room - nurse -- waiting room - doctor - payment. It must be weird working there having happy customers suddenly turn defensive - but that was my experience -- it''s weird when the customer service is so over the top nice when the service is so lacking in transparency ..

the Doctor is very nice .. but I feel taken advantage of when they charged me over $400 for a physical and thought my Group Insurance would cover it but it didn't. I don't understand why I was charged any fees when this should be free under the Provincial Health Service

120 seconds with the doctor -- $60 - specifically not asked for as I had the information I needed (they took this off my bill)
