I love this place. I find it to be a unique spa experience with hot, cold, steam and sauna options. The locker room is rather tight, but I'm okay with it because it's all built into a retired ferry boat. Great views of the city and I love that you can take a dip in the St. Lawrence river even in December! Really very nice. I guess, the only downside is not everybody is respectful and there are a lot of people to contend with when it gets busier. I recommend trying to go outside of peak hours to maximize your enjoyment. I wish I could afford to go regularly, but I'm okay with the price for what you get. A lower price might actually mean the place would be overcrowded.

My first outdoor-in-winter water circuit experience and the setting on the boat and city as backdrop was very unique. Each floor is nicely designed to help you unwind and relax. Several outdoor hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms and lounge areas made it fun to keep switching it up. They give you towels, locker but no flip flops (other than buying some in their shop for $25 - pass!) so I had to sprint bare feet on the freezing cold ground to the garden pools and rooms. That detracted from my experience but otherwise I loved it.

Unique setting in the Old Port of Montreal, we walked from St Paul hotel. My husband and I had lovely massages and then did the water circuits. We went first thing in the morning and were glad we did- it got VERY busy after 11am. Personally I did not find the pools clean enough to be fully relaxed- more attention to cleaning the floors and skimming the surface needed. Nice to experience once but I do not think we will be returning- you receive much more for the same cost at Le Nordik.

Had a very good experience here on a winter day. Massage was surprisingly good for a spa...really deep tissue. (Ask for Jordane.) It’s true the locker rooms are tight, but serviceable. Showers were fine. Restaurant very good, with excellent service. Pedicure was delightful, in a beautiful room with a great view. Water circuit is great, with several different saunas, hot tubs and pools, most with interesting views. Patrons were friendly and respectful on the day we were there. No body/age shaming going on, even though it’s full of beautiful young people. Very friendly and polite staff. My only quibble is the many stairs. Do NOT go there if you have any sort of mobility issue!

Whether you want to unwind on your own or impress a date, this place is top notch! Not only are you treated to a variety of saunas and jacuzzis, some of them also offer mind-blowing views of the beautiful city of Montreal. My only quarrel with this place is the visitors who break the silence rule; it could be monitored and enforced better by the staff. I recommend coming in the summer when the garden section is completely open.
